God is Good and He has been blessing the Gateway to the High Country Cowboy Church mightily! Bring your family and friends to our New Sunday Morning Worship Services. (We also are still having our evening services at 7 PM on Mondays.) We are just 20 minutes north of Columbia, MO and just 12 minutes south of Moberly, MO. Bring a dish, if you can, on Monday evenings (or on the first Sunday of each month) of something to share for our Fellowship Meals after the worship service.

OurTrail Class Obstacle Clinic was a great success with 14 horses and riders and 10 people observing. Thanks to Jaque and Steve Barker, MaryAnn Larsion and all who helped and participated!

Our First Annual Fun Show at the Cowboy Church was September 23rd. 

It was a great success! Thanks to Jacque Barker and MaryAnn Larison for such a great job planning and organizing this Horse Show Event! Thanks also to all the other many cowboy church members that helped so much to put this great Horse Show together!

Pastor Dale and MaryAnn Larison welcome you to the Gateway to the High Country Cowboy Church.  Put on your blue jeans, saddle up (your car or truck) and head out some Monday evening at 7 pm to our new building at Hwy 63 and Hwy B in Randoph County just across Hwy 63 from Clark, Missouri, for great Christian Cowboy Worship and Cowboy Fellowship.

Now also meeting on Sunday Mornings for Worship at 11 AM!

 From Columbia, take Hwy 63 north for about a 20 minute drive, turn left (west) at the Clark, Missouri exit onto Hwy B and you are there.

     From Moberly. go south about 12 minutes on Hwy 63 and then turn right (west) at the Clark, Missouri Hwy B exit and you are there.

You don't have to have a horse to attend the Cowboy Church.  This Cowboy Church is for anyone that has that independent American Cowboy Spirit and likes the idea of a laid-back, come as you are church, in a unique setting.

Vacation Bible School July 16 - 20

Vacation Bible School at the Cowboy Church this summer for Children will be July 16 to 20, 9:00 to 11:30. Kids and parents are also invited to a special movie presentation on Saturday July 7th at 7 pm to get ready for, and get excited about, VBS!

Horse Blessing Sunday June 3rd

Our Outdoor Worship Service and Horse Blessing Sunday morning June 3rd  at 11 am was a great event.!  50 people attended, with 10 horses and riders being blessed and awarded a leather saddle cross and carrots for all the horses.  Thanks to Beth Davis and Sandy Beemboom for organizing this excellent service and thanks to the Lord for beautiful weather.  Thanks also to Donna Fox and Cindy Green for the excellent horse training session Sunday afternoon at the Cowboy Church.

Free BBQ at the Cowboy Church Monday, June 4th

About 65 people enjoyed the BBQ Dinner Monday night, June 4th, provided by church member, Coy Wamsley, and cooked by Tim and Kim Fugate!  A great worship service followed that delicious dinner.  Thanks to Coy and  all who brought the wonderful desserts!

Our Stagecoach Participates in the Moberly Christmas Trail Ride for Kids

Sunday, November 26th, at noon through downtown Moberly, Missouri to Rothwell Park.

Our New Sign Is Up!

Thanks to Steve Barker who built our new sign and saw to the work and details of getting it up on our building! Steve (right) and Pastor Dale, who painted the sign, posed under the sign.

New Air Conditioning (and Furnace) Installed at the Cowboy Church

Thanks to Steve Barker, Phil McMahan and Miller's Plumbing and Heating for our new Heating and Cooling system, including these shiny new ductwork pipes just below the roof trusses. Come check out our "Warm" Cowboy Church Building!  And thanks, of course, to the Good Lord who gives all things to His kids!
